Description of the product
Brigandine Сhalkis is made on the basis of the armor found during the excavations of the castle of Chalkis on the Greek island of Euboea. This type of brigandine began to be used from the second half of the 14th century until the middle of the 15th century. This is evidenced by many images and sculptures. The use of large plates on the chest and back gives more reliable protection. Chalkis brigandine can be called the forerunner of the cuirass.
